How to Download a Digital Item

You’ll get the first email once you placed the order and the second when your payment has been processed.

It usually takes about 1-30 minute to complete the payment.

Then you have to get e-mail with the link to download your files right after that.

NB! Email with download link might be marked as spam. 

So if you don’t see the email right after you get second processed email please check your SPAM or JUNK email folder. 

If you make an order as registered user you can always access your files in My Account -> Orders. 

If you have any troubles to download your pattern, do not hesitate to write us.

Digital items you’ve purchased can be viewed and downloaded from the Purchases and Downloads section of your account.

There are two kinds of digital purchases: 

  • Instant downloads: Ready-made files that are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you. 
  • Made-to-order downloads: Digital items that the seller will make to your specifications after you purchase them. The seller will send your files to you once they have completed them. 
  • You can’t download a digital purchase through the app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Account on your mobile browser or computer.

I can’t find my download notification email

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding embroideryxstitchshop@gmail.com
 to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.

For now, you can still access your digital purchases in your account

Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?

To access your digital files from your account:

  1. Sign in to EmbroideryXstitch and go to Youraccount.
  2. Go to Purchases and Downloads.
  3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see Instant Download on the images for the item. 

There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn’t been cancelled or removed.

If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey.

When will I receive my made-to-order digital item? 

The delivery window for made-to-order digital items depends on the seller. Please coordinate with the seller through Contact Seller to establish the completion time for your order. 

To see the status of your made-to-order digital item, go to the Orders and Downloads section of your account. Items that the seller is still working on are shown as In progress

Once the seller finishes your order, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital file. You can also access your files by going to Purchases and reviews and selecting the Download files buttonYou will be able to leave a review for your purchase after you download your file.

I purchased a digital item, but I don’t have an account

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you’ll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after the purchase. 

Made-to-order digital items will be sent once the seller has finished them. If you no longer have access to the email account you used to make the original purchase, please contact the seller directly to discuss how they can send you your files.

I’m having trouble downloading my files

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.

If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can’t open the file, please contact the Contact Seller for further assistance.

The type of file you’ll be downloading is shown under the Highlights section of a digital listing. If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type.

I want a refund or want to cancel my digital item

Digital files are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Once purchased, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on digital items.
